Please note that due to the wide variety of products available in our online store, occasional unintentional discrepancies may occur in the information published, including but not limited to images, pricing, or inventory availability. Should any inconsistency be identified, we are committed to taking the necessary steps to correct it as promptly as possible. Additionally, we will notify you in a timely manner of any changes that may affect your order before proceeding with delivery.
Shipping Policy
• All orders placed through the website e1kosher.com will be delivered via Uber or another service provided by Elizabeth One Stop Kosher. We also offer Curbside service
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• A valid physical address is required for order processing and delivery.
• Elizabeth One Stop Kosher reserves the right to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the delivery address before dispatching the order.
• Orders placed on e1kosher.com are intended solely for delivery within the state of New Jersey, in areas where delivery service is available.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on the selected products, inventory location, and delivery address.
• Once the order has been dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Order Processing and Delivery Hours
Orders placed through e1kosher.com are processed and dispatched the same day, exclusively on business days and during the following operating hours:
• Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (ET)
• Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (ET) – Winter Hours: until 12:00 Noon
• Saturday: Closed
If an order is received on a holiday or outside of the business hours stated above, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Returns
Elizabeth One Stop Kosher (e1kosher.com) will accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. Products must be in their original condition—unopened, undamaged, and within their expiration date. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. Any item that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
Please note: Any product under the MEAT or POULTRY categories cannot be returned to Elizabeth One Stop Kosher due to Kashrut reasons.
